Rent Payments

Rent payment for all properties is due, in full, on the first day of each month. If payment is received after the 1st of the month, a $35.00 late fee is applied. Late fees will continue to accrue at a rate of $5.00 per day until payment is received. Acceptable forms of payment are check, charge or money order. Cash is not accepted. You may pay:

Maintenance Issues

Please report any maintenance issues to our office immediately. Maintenance requests can be submitted by phone, e-mail or fax. The best way to submit your request is via your tenant portal. This will help expedite your request.
